In March 2025,

after spending six and a half years in Osaka, I returned to Fukushima.

Within the limited time I have,

I hope to slowly weave time once more—

to feel the light, to receive the wind,

and to walk this land

while quietly facing myself.

In the darkroom, images emerging on black-and-white photographic paper

are traces of time in flux.

Moments spent witnessing that transformation

bring me deep and irreplaceable joy.

For me, photography reflects

a quiet gaze, memories, and emotions

that arise through living with this land.

It feels like a small, ongoing dialogue with myself.
